KEA Exam Pattern 2025
The exam pattern for various posts under KEA Recruitment 2025 is as follows:
Compulsory Kannada Language Test:
Candidates who have studied Kannada as a first or second language in SSLC or equivalent or have passed the Compulsory Kannada Language Exam conducted by KEA or KPSC are exempted from appearing in the Kannada language test.
Candidates who have applied only for posts in Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC) are not required to appear for the Compulsory Kannada Language Test.
For all other candidates:
- The Kannada test will be in multiple-choice format (MCQs).
- The maximum marks for the test is 150
- The minimum qualifying marks is 50
- The test will be at the SSLC level standard (first language Kannada).
- Marks from this test will not be considered for merit or ranking.
Kannada Language Requirement for KKRTC Posts:
- Candidates must have studied Kannada as first or second language in SSLC or equivalent.
- If not, they must pass the Kannada language test conducted by the KEA.
