SSC GD Re-Exam Date 2024 Out for 16185 candidates, Check Details

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC GD Constable Exam every year to recruit candidates for the General Duty post of Constables (GD) in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, and SSF forces. The  Commission has decided to conduct a re-examination due to venue-specific technical reasons. SSC GD Re- exam will be held on 30th March 2024 for a total of 16185 candidates whose exam has been rescheduled. The candidates will be informed of their exact exam date through the release of SSC GD City Intimation. The E-admit card and exam city details for the SSC GD 2024 Exam will be available on the official website of Staff Selection (SSC) in due course. This year, a total of 47,45,501 candidates have registered for the SSC GD Constable Examination 2024.

SSC GD Exam Date 2024

This year, 26146 Constable vacancies have been announced to be filled through Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles Examination, 2024. As the application process is over, now the candidates who have submitted their applications for SSC GD 2024 Exam are preparing themself for the Tier 1 online examination. The SSC GD Exam has been rescheduled for the candidates who appeared earlier in the Computer Based Exam for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination 2024 held from 20th February to 07th March 2024 will be permitted to appear in the re-examination. SSC GD Re-Exam Date 2024

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notice regarding the reconducted of the SSC GD Constable exam 2024. The SSC GD re-exam will be conducted for a total of 16,185 candidates on 30th March 2024 in some centers. Candidates who appeared for the SSC GD Constable exam earlier will only be permitted to reappear in the exam. Candidates are advised to plan their exam preparation accordingly.

SSC GD Exam Date and Shift Timings

The SSC GD Exam is conducted in 4 shifts on each day. The SSC General Duty Constable exam is 1 hour (60 minutes) in duration. The shift-timings have been discussed here.

The SSC General Duty Constable exam has been rescheduled for 30th March 2024. Only those candidates who need to appear for the re-exam are those whose center name has been notified in the SSC GD exam center list 2024.

SSC GD Constable Selection Process 2024

SSC GD Constable 2024 Exam consists of 4 stage recruitment process which are

1. Tier-1 is Computer-Based
2. Tier 2 is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Tier 3 is in the Physical Standard Test (PST)
4. Tier 4 is Medical Examination.
