SECL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria are provided below for the apprenticeship for both graduates and technicians including age limit and qualifications

| Technician Apprentice | 3 year diploma for technician apprenticeships | 18 yrs (minimum) |
- Graduate and diploma engineers (3 years after 10th or 2 years after 12th with lateral entry) are eligible, provided they studied through regular (full-time) education.
- The AICTE allows lateral entry into the second year of diploma courses for 10+2 candidates, with specific conditions, and diploma courses should last 3-4 years after the 10th.
- Candidates should not have previous apprenticeship training or more than one year of work experience at any establishment.
SECL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on their qualifications comparing their graduation degree/diploma passing date. In case of a tie break
- 12th or 10th exams and date of birth will be used
- Two seniority lists will be made: Level-1 for Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh candidates, and Level-2 for candidates from other states, with preference given to the Western Region.
- The provisional list will be available on the official SECL website in the 3rd week of February 2025.
Provisionally selected candidates must undergo document verification and a medical examination. The medical certificate must be obtained from a government hospital, signed, and stamped by an Assistant Civil Surgeon. Document verification will begin from 3rd March 2025, and candidates must bring original documents, including certificates, mark sheets, caste certificates, and Aadhaar-linked bank details.

How to Apply for SECL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
Register on NATS Portal: Visit https://nats.education.gov.in and complete the registration. The Registration includes the following documents:
- Aadhaar card
- Valid personal email ID (for account activation and login)
- Mobile number
- Qualifying degree/provisional certificate (PDF format, less than 1 MB)
- First page of bank passbook or bank account statement (PDF format, less than 1 MB
- Passport-size photograph (JPEG format, less than 1 MB)
- Aadhaar-seeded/mapped bank account details
Then, go to the SECL official website, www.secl-cil.in, follow: Human Resources > HRD > Apprentice, and log in to fill out the application form.
Verify all the details and submit the application before, 10th February 2025 (12:00 Midnight).
