PGCIL Engineer Trainee Salary

Candidates selected for Engineer Trainee posts will be paid Rs.40,000/- 1,40,000(IDA) during the one-year
training period. After a year training period, candidates will be offered a monthly salary of Rs. 50,000/ 1,60,000/-.  Along with the Basic Pay, they will be provided large amounts of allowance like Dearness Allowance, Perquisites, and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, mobile facility reimbursement, laptop facility, PF, Gratuity, Pension and leave encashment etc.
