Indian Post Payment Bank Limited (IPPB) is conducting a recruitment drive to fill 132 vacancies of Executive posts. Indian Post Payment Bank has released the official notice for IPPB Exam Date 2023 for the Executive vacancies and the IPPB Executive Exam 2023 is scheduled for 01st October 2023.

Indian Post Payment Bank (IPPB) has announced to recruit eligible candidates for 132 Executive vacancies through IPPB Recruitment 2023 on a Contract basis for 1 year which may extend to 2 years further on the ground of reviewing and satisfactory performance. The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of an Online Test and or Group Discussion and or Personal Interview.

IPPB Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates for IPPB Executive posts will be made on the basis of the following two stages. The candidates have to qualify in each stage to get shortlisted for 132 Executive Vacancies.

1. Online Test
2. Group Discussion and or Personal Interview

IPPB Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern

1. The IPPB Recruitment 2023 exam will be conducted in online mode and there will be 200 multiple-choice questions.
2. Each question will carry 1 mark and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
3. The duration of the IPPB exam will be of 2 hours (120 minutes).

IPPB Recruitment 2023 Probation Period

The contract for the candidates shortlisted for IPPB Executive posts would be initially for a period of 01 year and this may be reviewed for extension on a yearly basis for a further period of 02 years, subject to satisfactory performance. The maximum duration of this contract would be 3 years.

IPPB Executive Salary 2023

The India Post Payment Bank will be paying a lump sum amount of Rs. 30,000/- per month inclusive of statutory deductions to the candidates shortlisted for the posts of Executive. The deduction of tax shall be done as per Income Tax Act, considering the amendments from time to time. The Executives engaged in business activities will also be paid incentives by IPPB on the basis of their performance. The annual increment will also be paid timely as decided by the bank. No other pay/allowances/bonus etc. shall be paid to the Executives except those discussed above.
