Indian Navy Recruitment Process 2023 comprises four stages; the first stage is shortlisting candidates for an exam, the second stage is a written examination, the third stage is an Interview and the fourth stage is a medical examination.

First Stage: The officials first shortlist the candidates for written examination through the marks of candidates scored in the matriculation and ITI certification in the 70:30 ratio. A call letter is sent to the shortlisted candidate’s address for the next round of the selection process.
