The National Test Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET Result 2024 along with the cut off on 12th September 2024 on the official website https://csirnet.nta.ac.in/. Those who participated in the Joint CSIR-UGC NET July 2024 held on 25th, 26th & 27th July 2024 can now download their score card by using the application number and date of birth. The CSIR-UGC NET exam was held in Online Computer-Based mode in 348 examination centers located in 187 Cities across the country. A total of 2,25,335 candidates have registered for the CSIR NET July 2024 exam, out of which 1,63,529 candidates appeared in it. The CSIR NET Result along with the marks for the July 2024 exam has been released by the NTA on the official website. Candidates can download the CSIR UGC NET Result PDF by logging into the site. To check the CSIR UGC NET 2024 result, candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official CSIR NET https://csirnet.ntaonline.in/.
2. On the home page, click the “Latest Results” option.
3. Click on the link that reads “Joint CSIR-UGC NET June-2024 Score Card Window Open (Click Here)“click on it.
4. A new page appears on the screen. Enter your application number and date of birth, then submit by entering the captcha code.
5. When you submit, the result appears on your screen.
6. After that, you can download or print the results as needed and keep them safe with you.

What Next After CSIR UGC NET Result 2024

As the CSIR NET Result 2024 is declared candidates who have qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) are eligible to participate in counselling. The CSIR NET is held twice a year in June and December after that, the dates for the counselling process will be declared soon. The counseling process includes selecting the preferred institutes and programs, participating in allotment rounds, and accepting the assigned seat.

CSIR UGC NET Certificate 2024- Validity

The CSIR UGC NET Certificate has different validity periods for the JRF NET and Lectureship/Assistant Professor categories. This certificate is only provided to the candidates who qualify the CSIR UGC NET Exam 2024 but candidates must note that the certificates will be issued after the released of the final result. 

1. Validity of CSIR NET JRF Award Letter: Two years and is non-extendable.  
2. Validity for Lectureship/Assistant Professor: Lifetime.
