Uttar Pradesh Bachelor of Education Joint Entrance Exam (UP B.Ed JEE) was sucessfully conducted on 31st May 2026 (Sunday) across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh, and the results for the same have been released on 16th June 2026. Candidates who have appeared in UP B.Ed. JEE 2026 and have been allotted a valid state rank in the merit list, and are now eligible to participate in the UP B.Ed. Counselling Process 2026. UP BEd Counselling Process 2026

The entire Counselling Process is divided into 5 rounds. Main Counselling, Second Round, Pool Counselling, Direct Admission, and Direct Admission on Minority Seats. Candidates must complete registration, pay the required fee, and fill out their college choices online to secure a seat in the B.Ed. 2026–2028 session.

Qualified candidates in Uttar Pradesh, Bachelor of Education Joint Entrance Examination (UP B.Ed. JEE 2026), UP B.Ed can participate in UP B.Ed. The counselling process to get to a two-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) course. The counselling process is the official admission process to secure seats in B.Ed. colleges in government, aided, and private B.Ed. institutions based on the candidate’s merit rank, category, reservation criteria, and college preferences.

UP BEd Counselling Fee Structure

Candidates are required to pay fee for registration fee and an Advance Institute Fee, which is refundable if no seat is allotted; non-refundable if a seat is allotted but the candidate does not report to the college.

Step-by-Step Process for UP BEd Counselling Process

  1. Visit the Official Portal – Go to the official UP B.Ed. JEE 2026 counselling portal at bujhansi.ac.in. Click on the link for UP B.Ed. JEE 2026 Counselling
  2. Login with JEE Credentials – Enter your registered User ID and Password from your UP B.Ed. JEE 2026 application to log in to the counselling portal.
  3. Pay Counselling Fee & Advance Institute Fee – Pay the required fees online. All payments must be made through online mode only — Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI. No offline/cash payments are accepted.
  4. Choice Filling – This is the most important step of the entire counselling process. After verifying your personal and academic details:
    Save your choices before logging out; they are not auto-saved unless confirmed
  5. Lock Your Choices – Before the last date, you must lock your college choices. Once locked, no changes can be made.
  6. Seat Allotment – Based on your rank, category, reservation criteria, and locked preferences, seats are allotted. The allotment result is published on the official portal
  7. Accept the Allotted Seat – Log in to the portal after seat allotment and click the “ACCEPT” button. Download and print the Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter.
  8. Report to the Allotted College – Carry all original documents and report to the allotted college within the stipulated date for document verification.

  • Income Certificate – for EWS and certain scholarship purposes
  • Domicile Certificate – Uttar Pradesh
  • Aadhaar Card – for identity and OTP-based verification
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • Bank Passbook / Account Details
  • Disability Certificate – for PH/Divyangjan candidates (if applicable)
