BPSSC SI Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

• The Bihar Police SI Prelims written exam will consist of objective multiple-choice questions.
• Each question carries 02 marks and there will be a negative marking of 0.2 Marks for each wrong answer.
• The minimum qualifying marks for prelims are 30% marks i.e., 60 marks.
• The time duration for the Bihar Police SI prelims exam is 2 hours (120 Minutes).

Bihar Police SI Mains Exam Pattern 2024

• The Bihar Police SI Mains Written exam will consist of 2 papers. Paper 1 and Paper 2.
• The General Hindi is qualifying in nature, To qualify in the Paper 1 exam candidates are required to score 30% marks.
• 02 marks will be provided for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 0.2 Marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
• The duration of each paper is 02 hours.

Bihar Police SI Minimum Qualifying Marks

Bihar Police SI Physical Efficiency Test 2024

On the basis of the Bihar Police SI Mains examination, 6 times the number of vacancies on the basis of merit list will be called to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test. Candidates will be selected for the PET test on the basis of their performances as per the following parameters.

Bihar Police SI Physical Standard Test

Candidates who qualify for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be examined for Physical Standard Test (PST) i.e. height, chest, and weight measurement. PST is qualifying in nature no marks will be awarded for the PST test. The candidates who do not fulfill the laid down physical standard will be eliminated. The weight of women of all categories must be a minimum of 48 kg.
