WBCS Admit Card 2023 for Prelims Exam has been released on the official website of the West Bengal Public Service Commission on 1st December 2023. The officials have released the WBCS Admit Card on the official website of WBPSC at https://wbpsc.gov.in/. The candidates who have applied for the WBPSC WBCS 2023 Exam are now able to download their WBCS Prelims Admit Card 2023 by using their registration number and password. WBCS Admit Card 2023 Out

The WBCS Exam Date 2023 and admit card for the prelims phase has been released by the commission on the official website. West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has announced to conduct WBCS Prelims Exam on 16th December 2023 (Saturday) and WBCS Prelims Hall Ticket has been made available on 01st December 2023. The candidate must download and take a printout of the WBCS Admit Card. No hard copy of the WBPSC Prelims Admit Card is to be shared by the board. The candidates must check all the details mentioned on the WBCS Prelims Admit Card 2023 including their name, age, class, enrolment number, and more.

The WBPSC WBCS Selection Process 2023 consists of two Written Examinations (prelims + mains) and interview. The written examination will be held in two stages, viz, (i) WBCS Preliminary Exam (Objective Multiple Choice MCQs type) and (ii) WBCS Main Exam (Both Objective Type and Conventional Type). The candidates have to qualify in each stage to get shortlisted for the West Bengal Civil Services posts.

Steps to Download WBCS Prelims Admit Card 2023

West Bengal Public Service Commission has released the WBCS Admit Card Online at its official website https://wbpsc.gov.in/, the candidates who have their exam on 16th December 2023 must download their hall ticket by following the below-mentioned steps.  

Step-1 Visit the official website of the West Bengal Public Service Commission at https://wbpsc.gov.in/. 

Step-2 Look for Candidate's Corner appearing on the right side of the homepage.

Step-3 Click on text reading- "DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR WRITTEN SCREENING TEST"

Step-4 A new page appears on the screen, search for “WEST BENGAL CIVIL SERVICE (EXE.) ETC. (PRELIMINARY) EXAMINATION, 2023.(ADVT. NO. 01/2023)” 

Step-5 Click on “CLICK HERE” under the link section and the login page appears on the screen. 

Step-6 Enter your Enrollment No and Date of Birth or First Name and Date of Birth. Click on “Search”.

Step-7 Your WBPSC WBCS Prelims Admit Card 2023 appears on the screen. 

Step-8 Download WBCS Hall Ticket 2023 for future reference and take a print out for your reference.

WBCS Prelims Exam Pattern 2023

1. The Preliminary Examination is meant to serve as a Screening Test only for the purpose of selecting candidates for the Main Examination.
2. The paper will consist of 200 MCQs. The paper will carry 200 marks and will be of 2½ hours duration.
3. The standard of the paper will be the level of knowledge expected of a graduate of any faculty of a recognized University.
4. The paper will include questions covering the following fields of knowledge:
