Rajasthan Judiciary Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should possess the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of any University established by law in India and recognized as such under the Advocates Act, 1961.
• Every candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Hindi language written in Devanagari script and Rajasthani dialects and social customs.

Note: Candidates who are in their final year or semester of Bachelor of Law (Vocational) can also apply for this post. However, the applicant must attain the required educational qualification before the main written examination. Proof of the same must be submitted in the office of the Registrar (Examination), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur within 7 days of the main written examination.

Rajasthan High Court Civil Judge Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

• The Rajasthan High Court Prelims exam consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
• The exam consists of 100 questions for total marks.
• There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature and marks secured in prelims will not be counted for the mains exam.
• The minimum qualifying mark in the prelims exam for SC, ST/ PWD is 40% marks, and for candidates from another category, the minimum qualifying mark is 45%.
