AIIMS NORCET 11 Eligibility Criteria 2026

To be eligible to appear for the NORCET 11 Exam 2026, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria as specified by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing council-recognised Institute or University OR
B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognised Institute/University AND
Registered as Nurses & Midwives with the State/Indian Nursing Council OR
Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board or Council
Registered as Nurses & Midwives in the State/Indian Nursing Council
Two Years’ Experience in a minimum 50-bedded Hospital after acquiring the above educational qualification

Age Limit

Candidates who will be applying for the AIIMS NORCET 11 2026 exam must have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 30 years. However, age relaxation for the reserved categories in the upper age limit will also be provided.

Candidates who qualify for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test-11 (NORCET-11) will be appointed for the Nursing Officer posts at Pay Level 07 in the Pay Matrix pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-, Group-B for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS as per available vacancies in the respective Institutes.
