Candidates selected for the LBO post shall be required to execute a Service Bond as per the terms and conditions prescribed by the Bank. As per Bank’s extant instructions, the Service Bond provides for a service period of ‘‘-3- (Three) years in the Bank after joining the services or to pay the Bank an amount equivalent to three months’ Gross Salary (Subject to not exceeding Rs. 2 Lakhs) in case they leave the Bank before completion of three years of active service”
