Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released the exam pattern along with Bank of Baroda LBO Notification on 3rd July 2025. Candidates who have completed their graduation and are looking forward to a stable job, just like a Probationary Officer, can start their preparation for the Bank of Baroda LBO Exam 2025. The exam will consist of 4 sections, namely English Language, Banking Knowledge, General / Economic Awareness, and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude.

The candidates for 2500 vacancies released under Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 will be selected through an Online test, followed by a Psychometric test and Group discussion/Interview. Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 Notification Out for 2500 Vacancies

Bank of Baroda LBO Selection Process 2025 

  1. Online Examination – Only accepted applicants can appear; qualifying is mandatory for further stages.
  2. Language Proficiency Test – Candidates must be proficient in the local language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  3. Psychometric Test – Assesses candidates’ alignment with Bank of Baroda’s core values and suitability for sales roles.
  4. Group Discussion/Personal Interview – Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for General, 55% for Reserved categories.

Bank of Baroda LBO Exam Pattern 2025

  1. There will be 120 multiple-choice questions from 4 sections.
  2. Each section shall be completed in 30 minutes.
  3. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded and for each incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  4. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the sections would be 40% for General & EWS Category and 35% for Reserved Categories
