Education Qualification
Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognised University / Institute, including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Experience
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India only.

The online exam will consist of 120 questions from English Language, Banking Knowledge, General / Economic Awareness, and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude. Bank of Baroda Local Bank Officer Salary 2026
The pay scale for a local bank officer will be Rs 48480-2000 (7)-62480-2340 (2)-67160-2680 (7)-85920, with an initial pay scale of Rs 48480. Along with basic pay, the selected candidates will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Special Allowance & Special Pay, and Transport Allowance.
Probation: 12 months of active service
Posting: Within the applied state for first 12 years or until promotion to SMGS-IV, whichever is earlier
