Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026 Starts, Fill Your Choice

Candidates who participated in the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed Entrance Examination 2026 and qualified in the exam can now register for the Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026 process conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU). The counselling process for admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programme has officially commenced from 11th to 16th June 2026.

Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed Examination 2026 was conducted on 20th May 2026, and the result was declared on 10th June 2026. Eligible candidates can make corrections to their application forms and complete their Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026 registration by visiting the official website predeledraj2026.in. Candidates have to pay a counselling registration fee of Rs. 3,000/-.

Rajasthan BSTC Counselling Process 2026

Step 1: Registration

• Firstly, candidates have to visit the official website of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota at https://predeledraj2026.com/.
• Click on the link titled “Counselling for Pre D. El. Ed. Examination: 2026”.
• Fill in all details such as the candidate’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth etc.
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 3,000 /- and click on Login.

Step 2:  Choice Filling

• Candidates will have to choose the names of the colleges to which they are willing to get admitted.
• The first preferred college should be at the top of the list, followed by the second preferred college and so on.
• Select the centre name and lock the choices before the last date.

Step 3: Seat Allotment

• Based on candidates’ choice-filling, merit, category, teaching subject, etc.
• The 1st seat allotment list will be published on the official website on 20th June 2026.
• The 2nd seat allotment list will be released on 13th July 2026.

Step 4: Admission

• Report to their allotted colleges with all necessary documents, including mark sheets, identity proof, domicile certificate, and passport-size photographs
• Candidates have to deposit the admission fee of 13,555/- from 20th to 27th June 2026.
• After the 1st sheet allotment, candidates have to report from 20th to 29th June 2026.

BSTC Counselling Registration Fee

Candidates who are participating in the counselling process have to pay a counselling registration fee of Rs. 3,000. The fee can be paid through an online payment gateway as follows:

• UPI

Rajasthan BSTC 1st Allotment List 2026

The first allotment list will be published on 20th June 2026. notifying which candidates have been allotted seats in the D.El.Ed. programme across various participating colleges in Rajasthan.
The allotment process takes into account the candidates’ BSTC ranks, the preferences they indicated during the counselling process, and the availability of seats in the colleges.
