Rajasthan BTSC Allotment List 2026 Out, 1st College Allotment Starts

Rajasthan BSTC First Seat Allotment List 2026 has been released by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, on 20th June 2026. Candidates who registered for Pre D.El.Ed counselling can now check their allotted Teacher Education Institute (TEI) on the official portal, predeledraj2026.com, using their Roll Number, Counselling ID, and Date of Birth.

Rajasthan BTSC Allotment List 2026 Out

The BSTC 1st counselling registration process was conducted from 11th to 16th June 2026. During this window, candidates submitted their institute preferences based on their Pre D.El.Ed rank, category, and seat availability across the state’s Teacher Education Institutes.

The first allotment list has been published, notifying which candidates have been allotted seats in the D.El.Ed. programme across various participating colleges in Rajasthan. Allotments have been made for a total of 25,970 seats across teacher education institutions in the state through the counselling process.

Approximately 376 colleges are offering the Basic School Teaching Certificate (BSTC) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course in Rajasthan.

How to Download the BSTC College Allotment List 2026?

Visit the official website, www.predeledraj2026.com.
On the homepage, locate the link for the first college allotment letter under the Pre D.El.Ed Examination 2026 section.
Click the allotment letter download link; this takes you to the login page.
Enter your Roll Number/Application Number, Counselling ID, and Date of Birth.
Click Submit/Proceed to view your result.
Download the allotment letter as a PDF and keep a printout for reporting and fee payment.

What After the BSTC 2026 Seat Allotment?

Candidates must submit all original documents (including mark sheets, identity proof, domicile certificate, and passport-size photographs) along with the Rajasthan BSTC (Pre D.El.Ed) Provisional Allotment-cum-Confirmation Letter to the allotted college from 20th to 29th June 2026. Candidates have to deposit the admission fee of 13,555/- from 20th to 27th June 2026. The submitted documents will be verified by the college authorities.

Report to the Allotted College

Dates – 20th to 29th July 2026
Visit your allotted Teacher Education Institute (TEI) with original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies for verification
After verification, log in and download your provisional admission slip as proof of admission.
