JSSC Excise Constable Result 2026, Merit List & Cut Off

Jharkhand Excise Constable Competitive Examination (JECCE) 2026 was held on 12th April 2026 for 583 vacancies. Candidates who qualified from the Physical Test stage and appeared for the written examination are now waiting for the results. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) will announce the result in June 2026 on its official website www.jssc.nic.in. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be called for the medical examination round.

JSSC Excise Constable Result 2026

The Excise Constable result will be released for all 1.2 lakh candidates who participated in the written test.  The Commission will publish the result in the form of a merit list PDF on its website. The result will contain the roll numbers or names of candidates who have passed the exam. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission will release the category-wise cut-off marks along with or shortly after the result is released.

The merit list will be based on the candidates’ performance in Paper 3, which contains General Awareness and General Aptitude subjects, as Papers 1 and 2 are qualifying in nature. In case of a tie, the Commission will apply the tie-breaking criteria as given in the official notification. How to Download JSSC Excise Constable Result 2026?

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission will release the result online on its official website. Candidates must carefully follow the steps given below to download their results and verify their qualification status:

1. Visit the official website of JSSC www.jssc.nic.in
2. Scroll down the homepage and navigate to the “Result” menu under the Important Links section.
3. On selecting this link, a new window of results will open, in which look for a link titled “Excise Constable Result 2026”.
4. The result PDF will open the screen.
5. Download the result PDF and search for your roll number by using the Find function ot Ctrl+F.

JSSC Excise Constable Cut Off 2026

The JSSC Constable cut-off will represent the minimum scores that candidates must secure to qualify for the next stage of the recruitment process. The cut-off is prepared based on the difficulty of the exam, the number of vacancies, the total number of candidates who appeared in the exam, and category-wise performance. What’s Next After JSSC Exise Constable Result 2026?

Once the JECEE results are declared, candidates who qualify will be shortlisted for the medical fitness test and then document verification. The final merit will be based on the candidates’ performance in the written test and successful qualification of all recruitment stages. The next stages are:

1. Medical Examination: All qualified candidates have to undergo medical and physical fitness tests, whose terms will be decided and conducted by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.
2. Document verification: In this round, candidates have to verify their eligibility by showing their original documents of qualification, category, and identity proofs.
