After the successful completion of the training period, Executive Trainees are permanently absorbed as Scientific Officer C. The salary structure then follows the 7th Central Pay Commission norms under pay matrix level 10.

After the training period, the executive trainee posted as a Scientific Officer C and received a salary according to Pay Level 10, i.e, Rs. 56,100/- along with various allowances and perks.

Selected candidates are required to sign a service bond of Rs. 9,18,000/-, committing to serve NPCIL for a minimum of 3 years after completion of training. This bond amount is refundable upon successful completion of the bond period.

During the training period, candidates will get only a stipend of Rs. 74,000 along with a book allowance of Rs. 30,000/-. After completion of the training period, candidates will get the basic salary of Rs. 56,100/- along with 58% Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance, Medical Benefits, and many more allowances and perks. After all deductions and adding allowances, selected candidates will receive an in-hand salary of around Rs. 75,000/- to Rs 85,000/- per month.
