IIFCL Grade A & B Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The Selection Process of IIFCL Grade A and B vacancies has mainly 3 stages, which we are explaining to you below.

STAGE 1- Written Test

IIFCL Grade A & B Recruitment 2026 Salary

Candidates selected for Assistant Manager (Grade-A) and Manager (Grade-B) posts will be offered a monthly salary of Basic Pay Rs. 44500/-. Besides Gross Salary as per the pay scale, candidates will be provided with various facilities like a leased accommodation facility (instead of HRA), Gratuity, leave fare concession, leave encashment, Reimbursement of medical expenses, etc.
