India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) has invited eligible graduates & post graduates for the recruitment of Assistant Manager (Grade A) and Manager (Grade B) posts, for which a short notification has been released on 18th March 2026. Through IIFCL Recruitment 2026, 37 Officer vacancies for Grade A (Assistant Manager) and Grade B (Manager) posts will be filled. The registration period as notified is from 18th March to 10th April 2026 and candidates have to apply online at www. iifcl.in.

IIFCL Recruitment 2026: Overview

India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) is a wholly owned Government of India company set up in 2006 to provide long-term financial assistance to viable infrastructure projects. For this year, 37 vacant posts for Assistant Manager (Grade-A), Manager (Grade-B) have been announced for which a recruitment drive has been initiated.

IIFCL Grade A & B Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The Selection Process of IIFCL Grade A and B vacancies has mainly 3 stages, which we are explaining to you below.

STAGE 1- Written Test

This process tests the skills of candidates in areas such as Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Current Affairs, Reasoning, and Domain Knowledge (Project Finance, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, etc. are covered in the topics).

STAGE 2- Interview (Technical and Behavioural)

Candidates who qualify for the written examination shall move on to this stage, which examines personality traits and behaviour relevant to the role. This is the last and final stage of hiring. In this last phase, applicants are evaluated based on their experience, professional knowledge, and abilities. This phase is important for figuring out the candidate’s basic compatibility for the position.

IIFCL Grade A & B Exam Pattern 2026

• A total time of 120 minutes will be given for answering, wherein separate time for Part A and Part B.
• There shall be negative marking (1/4th of the marks assigned to the question) for Phase I (Online Examination).
