Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL) has scheduled the exam for Assistant Lineman, Assistant Sub-Station Attendant, Electrician Grade-II, AE, Divisional Accountant, Accounts Officer, JE, Law Officer, Telephone Mechanic and LDC from 13th to 16th January 2026. The examination for PSTCL will be conducted in two cities, Punjab and Chandigarh. Candidates can download the PSTCL Admit Card 2026 by using their User ID and Password.

Steps to Download the PSTCL ASSA Admit Card 2026

To download the PSTCL AE JE Admit Card 2026 by visiting the official website, candidates can follow these simple steps.

• Write www.pstcl.in on your browser to visit the Official website of Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL).
• On the homepage, go to the Recruitment section and click on the text “Link for Downloading e-Admit Card for Online CBT Exam against CRA 12/2025 & 13/2025”
• A login page appears. Enter your User Id, Password, and the Captcha code.
• Submit the details to download your admit card on the screen.
• Download and print 2-3 copies of the admit card to carry on the exam day.

PSTCL Exam Pattern 2026

The exam pattern for various posts is as follows:

Part I: Punjabi Language Test (Common for all posts)

• There are 50 MCQs, each carrying 1 mark.
• Minimum 25 marks (50%) required to qualify.
• No negative marking.
• Only candidates who qualify for Part I will be considered for the merit list.

Part II: Main Exam

• In Part 2, there are 100 MCQs, each carrying 1 mark.
• 0.25 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
• The duration of Part I + Part II is 3 hours (180 minutes).
• Merit list prepared only on the basis of Part II marks (Part I must be qualified).

Instructions to Be Followed on the Day of the PSTCL Exam Day

Candidates must follow these instruction which must be followed on the exam day. Any violation of exam center rules may lead to cancellation of candidature.

• Carry these mandatory items to the exam center:

1. Coloured Printed PSTCL Admit Card 2025
2. One original photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.)
3. Two passport-size photographs
4. Black ball pen

• Arrive at the exam center 60 to 90 minutes much before the reporting time which is mentioned on the PSTCL Admit Card 2026.
• Do not carry electronic gadgets such as, Smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, Calculators, Mobile phone etc.
