Bihar BTSC JE Selection Process 2026
The selection for Junior Engineers in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical disciplines will be based on two stages:
- Written Exam (75 marks): All questions in the written competitive examination will be objective type multiple-choice questions. To be called for the next stage, candidates must clear the written test.
- Work Experience (25 marks): For claiming preference based on contractual service as a Junior Engineer or equivalent post, work experience will be considered valid if candidates work under the Government of Bihar/Central Government or any undertaking, corporation, body, authority, or autonomous body.

The exam pattern for the BTSC Junior Engineer post is as follows:
