Bihar Police Driver Selection Process 2025
The eligible candidates who will be applying successfully for the Bihar Police Driver Vacancy 2025 have to go through a 5-stage selection process. Motor Vehicle Test
The driving test will be done on a special track using a Jeep or a Car. The vehicle must enter and exit the track in reverse using paths AH and BG. Inside the track, the candidate has to turn the vehicle carefully. If the vehicle touches any pole or goes off the track, the candidate will be disqualified.
Marks Distribution for Driving the Jeep/Car (40 marks): If a candidate takes over 3 minutes to drive or makes more than 5 gear changes, they will be disqualified.

Candidates who cleared all the test under Bihar Police Driver Recruitment 2025 will get a basic pay ranges from Rs. 21700 to Rs. 69100 per month under Pay Matrix Level 3 as per the 7th Pay Commission.
