BPSSC Enforcement SI Mains Exam Date 2025 Out

The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission will conduct the main written competitive examination for the post of Enforcement Sub-Inspector on 14th December 2025 (Sunday) in Patna. The BPSSC Enforcement SI Mains Exam 2025 will be held in two shifts: the first shift will take place from 10 am to 12 noon. The second shift will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Bihar Police Enforcement SI Eligibility 2025

Candidates who have completed their graduation from a recognized university by 1st August 2025 and are not older than 37 years are eligible to apply for the BPSSC Enforcement Sub-Inspector (SI) Vacancy 2025.

Educational Qualification: A graduate degree (Bachelor’s) from a recognised university by August 1, 2025.

Age Limit (as of 1/8/2025):

Age relaxations for ex-servicemen and government employees.

• Government employees of Bihar, who have completed a minimum of three years of regular service, will be given a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit for appearing in the examination
• For ex-servicemen applying for civilian posts, a relaxation of 3 years plus the total years of service in the defense forces will be allowed in the maximum age limit, provided that their actual age does not exceed 57 years.

Part 1: Registration:

Bihar Police Enforcement SI Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the Bihar Police Enforcement SI consists of the following stages

• Written Examination: The written exam has two parts:

1. Preliminary Exam (Objective type)
2. Main Exam (Objective type, two papers)

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates shortlisted from the main exam will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test
• Interview: Candidate’s mental ability and personality will be judged in Interview.

The exam pattern for Prelims and Mains are summarized in the table below

• Prelims Exam: There will be 100 questions of 2 marks each, which you have to complete the exam in 2 hours. Candidates must score 30% to qualify the prelims exam
• Mains Exam: There will be two sections General Hindi and General Studies, Science, Mathematics which consists of 200 questions of 400 marks, candidates have to complete the examination in 4 hours (2 hours Each)

Bihar Police Enforcement SI Salary 2025

According to Pay Level-6, the salary will be Rs 35,400 to Rs1,12,400 as per as the 7th pay commission guidelines. Along with this, they will get extra perks and allowance like, DA, TA, HRA etc.
