The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CGL Result 2025 online in pdf format along with cut-off marks, for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-1) 2025 on the official website of SSC at www.ssc.gov.in. The officials have released the list of candidates declared qualified for JSO, Statistical Investigator, and other posts along with category-wise cut-off marks.
SSC CGL Result 2025 Out
The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was conducted from 12th to 26th September 2025, and a re-exam on 14th October 2025. Around 28 lakh candidates have submitted their applications for the SSC CGL 2025 Exam, and as per the results, 139395 candidates are declared qualified to appear for the Tier 2 exam. Through the SSC CGL 2025 Exam, 14582 vacancies have been released for Junior Statistical Officer, Statistical Investigator Gr. II and Other posts.

- Open the file. The list of qualified candidates is shown. Now, press “Ctrl+F” and enter your Name/ Roll No.

SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 Qualifying Marks
The minimum qualifying mark in the examination for General category candidates is 30%, for OBC & EWS candidates is 25% and for other categories is 20%. Candidates scoring more than the qualifying marks will be eligible to be a part of the shortlisting; however, the cut-off marks will be the deciding factor for shortlisting candidates for the next round.

What After the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025?
As notified, the candidates qualified in the tier 1 exam have to appear for the SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam, which is expected to be held in the 3rd week of January 2026 (expected) for the candidates who will be qualified in the tier 1 exam. The marks and score cards for the Tier 1 exam will be released shortly at www.ssc.gov.in. Based on their aggregate performance in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 examinations, candidates will be shortlisted for the final selection process, categorised by their respective groups.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern
- The Paper 1 in SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam is common for all candidates while Paper 2 will be conducted only for candidates who had applied for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO).
- There is a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Section I, Section II and Module I of Section III of Paper I and 0.50 marks for each wrong answer in Paper II.

SSC CGL Result 2025 Withheld for 49 Candidates & Debarred for 5 Candidates
The SSC CGL Results of 49 candidates have been kept withheld due to various reasons, including pending litigations or court cases. Also, the result of five candidates have not been processed because they are debarred from SSC examinations or their candidature has been cancelled/rejected.
