Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is responsible for conducting the Common Recruitment Process for the recruitment of Group A- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group B- Office Assistants (Multipurpose) posts for all the participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The IBPS RRB 2024 Notification outlines the number of vacancies, eligibility criteria, selection procedure, exam pattern, and more for the candidates to get a brief and clear idea about the exam.

IBPS RRB Vacancy 2024 Out

This year, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a total of 10181 vacancies for Probationary Officer (PO), Officer Scale 2 & 3, and Office Assistants (Clerks) posts through the IBPS RRB Notification 2024. The posts-wise vacancy details are as follows:

Office Assistant/Clerk – 5709
Officer Scale I – 3551
Officer Scale 2 and 3 – 921

Important Dates

The complete exam schedule for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024 has been released along with the IBPS RRB Notification. The online application portal for the IBPS RRB Exam 2024 and detailed notification pdf has been released on 7th June 2024. All aspiring candidates can submit the IBPS RRB application form by 30th June 2024. The pre-examination training will be conducted online/offline from 22nd to 27th July 2024. IBPS RRB PO & Clerk Prelims Exam will be held on 3rd, 4th, 10th, 17th and 18th August 2024.

IBPS RRB Education Qualification

Check post-wise minimum required education qualification/degree to apply for IBPS RRB PO, Clerk, Officer Scale 2 & 3 exams.

• Officer Scale- I/PO: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institution.
• Officer Scale -II: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university or institution.
• Officer Scale -III: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university or institution.
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose)/Clerk: A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institution.

IBPS RRB Age Limit (as on 01/06/2024)

• Officer Scale-I – 18 to 30 years
• Officer Scale-II – 21 to 32 years
• Officer Scale-III – 21 to 40 years
• Office Assistants – 18 to 28 years

IBPS RRB Online Form 2024

Along with the release of the official IBPS RRB Notification 2024, the online form is also released. The banking aspirants interested in RRB PO, Clerk, Officer Scale 2 and Officer Scale 3 vacancies must have to submit their application forms before 30th June 2024. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category have to pay an application fee of Rs. 175 whereas the fee for other categories is  Rs. 850/-. No application will be accepted without the requisite fee.
