SSC JHT 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The aspiring candidates have to fulfil the required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator.
Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
(i) a citizen of India, or
(ii) a subject of Nepal, or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan, or
(iv) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
Educational Qualifications

Age Limit
The age limit of the eligible candidates must be 18 to 30 years. For the post of Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF, candidates’ age must be between 18 to 30 years. If you are a new user or haven’t registered your account, then click on ‘Register Now’ and enter all your details on the next page to generate your registration number and password, else login with your pre-registered details.
