Assistant Manager (HR&A)
- Graduate in any discipline and MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full-time) with specialisation in Personnel Management/HR, or
- Postgraduate full-time degree/diploma (2 years) in Personnel Management/HR from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE/IIM/IIT/XLRI/IITB-approved institutes.
- Dual specialisation MBA/PGDBM is accepted if the Personnel Management/HR marks are not lower than the other specialisation.
Assistant Manager (F&A)
- Graduated in any discipline and passed the CA (Chartered Accountants) or CMA (Cost Accountants) final exam, or

- Dual specialisation MBA/PGDBM is accepted if Finance & Accounts marks are not lower than the other specialisation.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) Grade-II

WBSEDCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process of Junior Engineer (JE) and Assistant Manager consists of two stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): This test will be conducted for 85 marks in the MCQ format
- Personal Interview: For the interview, candidates are shortlisted category-wise in a 1:3 ratio based on CBT performance. The interview will be conducted in Kolkata for 15 marks.
