UPPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Selection Process 2025
The selection process for the UP Polytechnic Lecturer consists of two stages:
- Written Exam: The examination will be conducted for 250 questions for 750 marks. Candidates must clear this exam to be called for the Interview.
- Interview: The interview will be conducted for 100 marks.
- Document Verification: In this stage, all the original educational documents will be verified, and the final result will be released.
The selection will be based on the marks obtained in the written exam and the Interview.
UPPSC Polytechnic Lecturer 2025 Exam Pattern
The exam consists of two papers with a total of 250 questions asked from General Hindi, General Studies, and the subject concerned. Each correct answer gives 3 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect attempt. The duration of each paper is 2 hour 30 minutes.

The salary for a Polytechnic Lecturer falls under Pay Level 9A or 10. Candidates who have first-class degree will come under Level 10.
