TNPSC Group 1 Officers are assigned many duties across various Tamil Nadu government departments. Key Task involves:

  • Selected Candidates ave to implement the government policies. They do this at the district or department level
  • Have to manage the administration of their department. This includes getting the budget ready and managing the money, supervising the staff that works under them. They have to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • They have to help the public when they have problems and make sure the public gets service.
  • The government people also have to work with government departments and people who are interested.
