SSC CHSL Exam Slot Selection 2025 Active at ssc.gov.in, Last Date Today

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is accepting the request for the SSC CHSL 2025 Slot Selection on their official website, www.ssc.gov.in and the candidates who are still waiting must note that the link will deactivate today at 11 pm. Candidates whose applications were successfully accepted can now choose their preferred exam city, date, and time slot without any delay. This slot booking system allows candidates to have control over their exam scheduling rather than being assigned a random slot by the SSC.

SSC CHSL Exam Slot Selection 2025

The SSC has introduced a self-slot selection system to make exam scheduling more candidate-friendly and efficient. Candidates who have applied for the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2025 can now choose their preferred exam date, city, and time slot before the deadline.

The city and slot details will go live on 3rd November 2025, allowing candidates to view their allotted details and SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 has been released.

The SSC CHSL Slot Selection link has been activated on 22nd October 2025, on the official SSC website, www.ssc.gov.in, and will remain open until 28th October 2025. The Tier 1 exam begins on 12th November 2025, and will be held across 125+ centres in nine SSC regions nationwide. Also note, once submitted, you can’t change your city, date, or time under any circumstances.

In case, candidates don’t select their preferred exam city, slot and date, the commission will allot the exam centre themself and no request will be accepted for slot change after 28th October 2025. 

Steps for SSC CHSL Exam Slot Selection 2025?

The officials have released the notice regarding the dates and steps for Self-Slot Selection for Tier 1 CHSLE 2025. Follow the Step-by-Step Guide for SSC CHSL Slot Booking.

1. Visit the official SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in), log in using your credentials, go to “My Application,” and click on Select City, Exam Date, and Shift.
2. General guidelines will appear. Candidates must read them before proceeding.
3. Select a preferred date for the examination and click Get Slot Details. The system will show available slots (date and shift) for the three cities chosen during the application.
4. Slot Availability Display- If slots are available, shifts will appear with a green “Select” symbol.
   
5. If unavailable, “Not Available” will be displayed, and the candidate may select an alternative date or city.
   
6. After choosing a date and shift, confirm the choice by validating the OTP (sent to the registered mobile number or email ID). Click Validate & Submit to finalize.
7. Once submitted, the slot, city, and shift cannot be changed under any circumstances. Candidates must verify all details before submitting their final application.

SSC CHSL 2025 Exam Date Out

The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam has been scheduled from 12th November 2025 onwards. The exact dates and shift timing will be informed through exam city intimation slips which will be released on 3rd November 2025, and the venue address will be informed through admit card which will be released 3 to 4 days before exam date.

Candidates can choose their preferred exam date and shift during the slot selection window, which is currently open from 22nd to 28th October 2025, at www.ssc.gov.in/login. The final exam date, city, and shift will be printed on each candidate’s hall ticket.
