SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam Pattern
SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 exam will be conducted online comprising 4 sections with about 100 questions in total and with a maximum mark of 200. The entire exam is needed to be completed in a time span of 60 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.50 Marks for each wrong answer. SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam will be qualifying in nature. No point will be deducted if the question is left blank or unattempted by a candidate.

SSC CGL 2024 Exam Shift Timings
The exam is of 1 hour duration, however, candidates have to reach to their respective exam centre before the reporting time. The shift schedule for all shifts is as follows-
Shift 1– Exam timing is 9 am to 10 am and reporting time is 7:45 am.
Shift 2- Exam timing is 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm and reporting time is 11:15 am.
Shift 3- Exam timing is 4 pm to 5 pm and reporting time is 2:45 pm.
