The salary structure for a Junior Consultant is Rs 80,000/- to 1,45000/ and the salary for a Senior Consultant is Rs.1,45,000/-  to 2,65,000/. SFIO Job Profile

Serious Fraud Investigation Office inviting online applications for the posts of Sr. Consultant, Jr. Consultant, and Young Professional on short term contract basis. The engagement of Consultants would be full-time basis and candidates will not be allowed to take any other assignment during the period of the contract. The Consultant shall work in the Serious Fraud Investigation office at headquarters in Delhi or any of its regional offices. and have to perform the function assigned to them by the Competent Authority of SFIO. Consultants in the Field of Law

Candidates recruited as a consultant in the law field will be required the perform the following functions.

1. Draft complaints, petitions, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, and other pleading/ legal documents to be filed before various courts and other forums.
2. To appear before different Courts and other forums throughout the country as per requirement.
3. To render all assistance to the officers of SFIO in prosecution matters and also during investigations of the cases.
4. To provide legal advice and opinion on points of law in various matters.
5. To keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of law, especially corporate law.
6. Any Other work assigned to them.

Consultants in a Field of Financial Analysis/Forensic Audit

Candidates engaged as consultans in Financial analysis/ Forensic Audit will be performed for the analysis of Financial data/ reports/ statements etc. Here we have details provided the detailed function that candidates have to perform.

1. To conduct analysis of Financial statements/ data available in the MCA 21 database.
2. To conduct analyses of other financial data.
3. To critically analyze the corporate announcements made by the corporate entities and prepare research reports.
4. To study financial reports of the companies under investigation make complex financial analyses and prepare reports.
5. To assist investigations teams in forensic audits, examination/ scrutiny of board minutes, directors’ reports, and other schedules and documents.
6. To use spreadsheet and statistical software packages to analyze financial data and prepare company-specific/sector-specific reports for use by SFIO.
7. Any other work assigned to them.

Consultants in the Field of Banking and General Administration

Candidates engaged as consultans in the field of Banking and General Administration have to be required to assist the SFIO teams and Investigations teams.

1. Assist SFIO teams with inputs on the field of specialization and also undertake the work of analysis of information/ data including other miscellaneous work assigned to them from time to time.
2. To assist the investigations teams in the preparation of annexures while finalizing the reports.
