JEE Advanced 2026
JEE Advanced 2026 is a competitive exam that is held for admission to top engineering colleges in India. It’s the second stage of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and is for students who qualify for JEE Mains. The exam assesses candidates’ understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. - Login to Using JEE Advanced 2026 registration number, date of birth, mobile number and email address, the candidates would have to log in to register for the examination.

JEE Advanced 2026 Admit Card
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will release the admit cards for the upcoming JEE Advanced examination. The admit cards will be made available in online mode at the official website www.jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced Admit Card 2026 comprises all important information like the exam date, timing, and venue, along with the candidate's personal details such name, roll number, photograph, and signature. JEE Advanced 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced, which is the entrance exam for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), typically include the points mentioned below. This is to inform all the students planning to appear in the JEE Advanced Examination 2026 that they must visit the official website, i.e., www.jeeadv.ac.in, for the latest updates about the examination. As per the newly updated eligibility criteria, the team will be held three times in three consecutive years.

Number of attempts
A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced three times in three consecutive years
Performance in JEE Mains:
The candidate should be among the top 2,50,000 candidates in JEE Mains. The category-wise distribution of this includes a specific number of seats for various categories.
Appearance in Class 12 (or equivalent) examination
The students should have passed their class 12 examination in 2024 or those who are appearing for the exam in 2025 can also apply for JEE Advanced 2026.
Earlier admission at IITs/ISM
A candidate should NOT have been admitted in an IIT irrespective of whether or not he/she continued in the program OR accepted an IIT seat by reporting at a reporting centre in the past. Candidates whose admission at IITs was canceled after joining any IIT are also not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2026.
Age Limit
The general category candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 2000. The age relaxation of 5 years will be provided to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category.
Candidates who have been admitted to a preparatory course in any of the IITs for the first time in 2022 can also apply for JEE Advanced 2026.
JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Pattern
JEE Advanced 2026 will contain two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2, with two language options viz. English and Hindi. Candidates must prepare for the exam by referring to the exam pattern prescribed by the exam conducting authorities. JEE Advanced Result 2026
After completion of the JEE Advanced Examination 2026, IIT Kanpur will be releasing the JEE Advanced Result 2026. As per updates, the results will be released by the month of June 2026. The results will be made available in online mode with the release of the JEE Advanced 2026 final answer key. Once released, candidates will be able to access them by visiting the official website www.jeeadv.ac.in.
JEE Advanced Answer Key 2026
The IIT Kanpur will release the JEE Advanced Answer Key 2026 for papers 1 and 2 separately. The provisional answer key will be made available in online mode at the official website www.jeeadv.ac.in. All the candidates are informed that no login credentials are required to access the provisional answer key. With the release of the answer key, the authorities will also provide an option to raise objections against the provisional answer key.
JEE Advanced Cut Off 2026
Candidates belonging to different categories such as OBC-NCL, GEN-EWS, ST, SC, etc must aim to score more than the category-wise JEE Advanced Cut Off 2026 to qualify for the examination.
