SBI Apprentice Apply Online 2026 (7150 Posts), Last Date Extended till 15 June

State Bank of India (SBI) has invited online applications from interested and eligible candidates for recruitment of 7150 Apprentice Posts. As per the official notice, the online application process has been extended till 15th June 2026. Candidates who have not registered yet are advised to complete their duly filled application form through the official website https://www.sbi.co.in/ or the direct link shared here.

The SBI Apprentice registration process is conducted online, and no application forms will be accepted through any other means. Candidates are advised to fill out their application form carefully; providing incorrect information leads to the rejection of the online form. Mandatory: Candidates must register themself on the NAPS portal https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in before moving on to applying online through the link given on the following websites, https://www.sbi.co.in/ careers or https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings. 

SBI Apprentice Application Fees 2026

The application fee for the SBI Apprentice exam, once paid, will NOT be refunded on any account, nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection process. The application fee must be paid online while submitting the application forms.

Step by Step Guide to Fill SBI Apprentice Application Form 2026

Follow the steps mentioned below to apply online for the SBI Apprentice 2026 exam:

Step 1- Open the Google page and navigate to the official website. 

• Visit the official website of SBI Careers at www.sbi.co.in/web/careers
• Scroll down the page. Click on “Current Openings”.
• Then on the next page, click on “Apply Online” against “Engagement of Apprentices Under The Apprentices Act, 1961 (CRPD/APPR/2026-27/07)”

Step 2- Registration

• Click on the NEW REGISTRATION button provided on the top-right corner of the application page to start your registration process for the SBI Apprentice exam (if new registration).
• Your registration number is generated, which is to be used further for registration and examination purposes (keep the details safely).

Step 3- Filling of Application Form

• Now using the registration number and date of birth login into the application portal.
• Start your application by providing your basic details- name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, address, category, and nationality.
• Click on the “Save and Next” button.

Step 4- Upload Documents

• Upload your SBI Apprentice Handwritten Declaration, photograph, and signature in the required format as prescribed by the State Bank of India.
• The permissible dimensions and sizes are as follows:

Step 5- Fill in your academic details

• Now candidates have to fill the details of graduation discipline, university name, year of passing, percentage.
• Remember, you can apply for vacancies in one state only.
• Click “Save and Next”.

Step 6- Preview your application form

• Preview your application form carefully one last time.
• You will not be allowed to make changes after submission.
• Verify all personal, academic, and uploaded details before proceeding.

Step 7- Pay the application fee

The application fee for the SBI Apprentice 2026 exam, once paid, will NOT be refunded on any account, nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection process. The application fee must be paid online while submitting the application forms.

Step 8- Confirmation & Download Online Form

• Click on the “Submit” button. Your application form will be submitted successfully.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your registration ID and password.
• Download and print the submitted application form for your future reference.

SBI Apprentice Handwritten Declaration Format

The text for the hand-written declaration is as follows:

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression are mine.”
