RSSB 4th Grade 2025: Reserved Category Cut-Off Drops After Normalisation

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) Grade 4 Recruitment 2025 has big changes in cut-off marks after using the normalisation process. This surprised many candidates. Even with lots of job openings, the cut-offs dropped a lot, mainly for reserved groups. Normalisation fixed score differences between exam shifts with easy or hard questions. This made cut-offs lower than expected, especially for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS groups. The unexpected trend has surprised thousands of candidates.

The recruitment drive covers 53,750 Grade 4 posts, including 5,550 posts in the TSP (Scheduled) area and 48199 posts in NTSP (Non-Scheduled). The written examination was conducted in multiple shifts, and the board applied normalisation to ensure fairness across different question papers.
