RBI Lateral Selection Process 2025-26
The selection of candidates for RBI Lateral Recruitment posts will be conducted in the following stages:
- Preliminary Screening/Shortlisting: Applications received online will be screened by a Screening Committee. RBI Services Board may shortlist candidates based on higher qualifications, relevant work experience or other criteria decided by the Bank.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original documents in support of age, educational qualification, category and work experience.
- Interview: Candidates found eligible after document verification will be called for a personal interview. Interview call letters will be sent through email only.
- Final Selection: Final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and fulfilment of eligibility conditions.
