• Have completed at least 120 hours of Computer/IT training with hands-on experience in: Office Productivity applications OR Desktop Publishing from a Government-recognised or ISO 9001-certified institution, OR Possess a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ Level certificate of DOEACC (NIELIT), Government of India.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 37 years to be eligible to apply for the post of Steno Typist. The age relaxation in the upper age limit of reserved category candidates will also be provided.

• Punjabi Stenography Skill Test
  (i) Speed: 80 words per minute
  (ii) Dictation: 400 words (two passages of 200 words each)
  (iii) Transcription speed: 15 wpm
