Odisha Adarsh Vidyalaya Sangathan has started the apply online link on its official website from 7th March 2023 to fill up 1010 posts for the direct recruitment of Principals and Teachers of various disciplines. Candidates can apply online on the official website @oav.edu.in for Principals and Teachers posts and applications will not be entertained if done through other sources than than the official website.

Steps to Apply Online for OAVS Recruitment 2023 

To apply online for OAVS Recruitment 2023, a candidate is required to visit the official website of OAVS and register there by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1 As a first step, the candidate has to open the official portal of the authority @https://oav.edu.in/.

Step 2 Now scroll down from the homepage and visit the “Recruitment” section and from there select ” Indicative Advertisement for Recruitment of the post of Principals and Teachers in OAVs (Advt. No. 1/2023)”

Step 3 You will be redirected to a new page, from there click on “Apply Online” .

OAVS Recruitment 2023 Application Fees

Given below is the complete list of Application fee for different posts and for different category. It is important to note that if a General category candidate wishes to apply for the post of Teacher, he/she will be charged Rs. 1500/- as application fee whereas other categories will get some relaxation as mentioned in the table. Similarly for the post of Principle, a General category candidate will have to pay Rs. 2000/- as application fee whereas there is a provision of relaxation for other categories.

OAVS Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility before applying for the Odisha Adarsh Vidyalaya 2023 exam. For your convenience, we are providing you with all the latest eligibility criteria. Candidate must be a citizen of India and they should be able to speak, write and understand the Odia language. The eligibility criteria in terms of age limit and educational qualification are given below.

OAVS Recruitment Age Limit

It is important to note that the minimum age limit required for the TGT and PGT is 21-32 years whereas, for the post of Principal, it is 32-50 years. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/Women/SEBC category have been provided an age relaxation of 5 years and PwD candidates are provided an age relaxation of 10 years.

OAVS Recruitment Qualification

Given below is the details for the post of Principal, TGT, PGT, P.E. Teachers, and Computer Teachers, candidates must have passed the:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the required subject from a recognized University.
• Master’s Degree from a recognized University.
• B.Ed from an Institute recognized by NCTE.
• B.E./ B.Tech./BCA./ B.Sc. in Computer Science OR, B’ Level of DOEACC / NIELIT in Computer Science from a recognized University.
