NPCIL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Only those candidates who fulfill the NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee eligibility parameters in terms of educational qualification and age limit are eligible to apply for the released vacancies.

  • Candidates must have passed HSC (10+2) or ISC with Science Stream (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • The candidate should have studied English as one of the subjects at least at the SSC (10th) Level.
Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder
  • Passes SSC (10th) with minimum 50% marks in Science Subject (s) and Mathematics individually, and 2 years ITI
    certificate in the relevant trade
  • The candidate should have studied English as one of the subjects at least at the SSC (10th) Level.

Age Limit (As on 29/06/2026)

  • Minimum Age – 18 years
  • Maximum Age – 24 years
