What’s Next After NABARD Grade A Phase II Result 2026?

Candidates whose number mentioned in the NABARD Grade A Phase II Result 2026 are decalred qualified in the written exam, shortlisted for the Psychometric Test and Interview.

Psychometric Test

  • Qualified candidates in the Phase II exam are called to appear for an online Psychometric Test.
  • This test assesses personality traits, attitude, and suitability for the role.
  • It is usually conducted before the interview.
  • No marks are given for this stage — it supports the interview evaluation.

Interview (Phase III / Personality Test)

  • Shortlisted candidates from Phase II + Psychometric test are called for the Interview round.
  • The interview is conducted by NABARD in a hybrid mode or at various centres.
  • It usually lasts 20–40 minutes and is conducted in English or Hindi.
  • Maximum marks for interview: 50, carrying 20% weightage toward final selection.

  • NABARD Grade A Interview Call Letter (original + photocopy)
  • NABARD Mains Result PDF printout (stream-wise)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID)
  • Educational certificates — Graduation, Post-Graduation, Professional Degrees
  • Caste / Category certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwBD, if applicable)
  • Recent passport-size photographs (at least 4 copies)

Combined Merit List & Final Selection

  • NABARD prepares the final merit list based on
  • Phase II marks (descriptive + objective) – usually ~80% weightage
  • Interview performance – ~20% weightage
