IBPS has started accepting online applications for 13,706 vacancies for office assistant (clerk), officer scale-I (PO), and officer scale-II & III posts under CRP RRBs-XV (the 15th edition of the exam). The online registration and application submission process is ongoing at www.ibps.in The last date to apply is September 21, 2026 but candidates are advised to fill their forms as early as possible. 

There are three major IBPS RRB exams conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for which the online process is ongoing.

• Officer Scale-I (IBPS RRB PO)
• Officer Scale-II and III
• Office Assistant (IBPS RRB Clerk)

Candidates willing to apply for the IBPS RRB 2026 exam must begin with the registration and application submission process, as the link is now active. The link to submit an application and pay the fee will remain active till September 21, 2026, and the printing of the application is available till October 5, 2026.

Prerequisites for IBPS RRB Online Application 2026

As mentioned in the official notification, candidates need the following for IBPS RRB Apply Online 2026:

• Scanned copy of the photograph in the permissible size.
• Scanned copy of the signature (not in capital letters).
• Left thumb impression (if unavailable, alternate
• finger/toe impressions may be used as per official guidelines, with a note specifying which is used).
• Scanned copy of the handwritten declaration.

IBPS RRB Application Fee 2026

Candidates can pay the application fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Applications submitted without the fee will not be accepted.

How to Apply Online for the IBPS RRB 2026 Exam?

Steps to follow for applying online for the IBPS RRB 2026 (CRP RRBs-XV) exam:

1. Visit the official website of IBPS at www.ibps.in through your web browser.
2. Click on CRP RRBs appearing on the left side of the homepage. A new page opens, where you have to click on CRP RRBs XV.
3. Click on the link for the post you wish to apply for. Read the instructions provided before applying for any of the three exams.
4. Click on the CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION link provided at the top right of the page.
5. Fill in your basic information and click Save and Next.
6. Upload your photograph, signature, and IBPS RRB hand-written declaration.
7. Click Next after uploading your photograph and signature.
8. Fill in your basic details across the three sections of this portion of the application. After that, fill in your Educational Qualifications, followed by the RRB preference list.
   In the preference list, mention the name of RRBs in order of preference. You need to select banks in sequence — there is no limit on the number of choices a candidate can make.
9. After making your choices, click Save and Next.
10. A preview of your application will appear. If you find any errors, you can edit the information. Once the data is uploaded and saved, no further changes can be made — review all details carefully before submitting.
11. Select the payment method to pay the application fee. All payments are made online.
12. Click Submit. Your application will be successfully submitted.

IBPS RRB Hand Written Declaration Text

The text for handwritten declaration shall be as- 

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Candidates need to submit their passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration while submitting the IBPS RRB Application Form 2026. Files not uploaded in the prescribed size will result in application rejection.
