The DLRS Assam is conducting the recruitment for the post of Land Records Assistant to support the land survey, record maintenance and digitisation work across the state.  Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed the HSLC or equivalent examination from any central or state-recognised Board.
• Candidates must have passed the Recorder Certificate Class Course Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40.
• Candidates must have proficiency in the use of computers and have a minimum 30 words per minute typing speed in Assamese/Bengali.

Age Limit

• Candidates should be at least 21 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2025. Age relaxation for the reserved category will be applicable as per government policy.
• The age limit of the candidates will be calculated based on the 10th class marksheet.

DLRS Assam LRA Selection Process 2026

Candidates who fill out the application form will be shortlisted as per the eligibility criteria and shall be notified within a specific time period. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the written examination. After the written test, qualified candidates will appear for the skill test.

Written Exam: Candidates who are shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria will be called for the written test. A written test will be conducted with objective-type questions for 80 marks.

Skill Test: Candidates who qualified for the written test will be called for the skill test, such as a typing test. This test will cover 20 marks.
