BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

BSF Tradesman Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have completed their Matriculation (10th).
• Two years ITI Certificate in the relevant trade  OR one-year ITI Certificate with at least one year experience in the trade.

BSF Physical Standards Test (PST)

All Border Security Force, BSF will conduct the Physical Standards Test (PST) to shortlist candidates for the next phase of the selection process i.e. Physical Efficiency Test (PET). PST Test will be qualifying in nature and no marks will be included for the final merit list.

BSF Tradesman Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Physical measurements will be carried out by the selection board to assess the height, weight, and chest of candidates. The Weight of the candidates will be Proportionate to height as per medical standards. On the basis of the PET test candidates will be called for a Written examination.

BSF Tradesman Exam Pattern 2024

1. The BSF Tradesman Written examination will be divided into 4 parts.
2. A total of 100 questions will be asked for total 100 questions.
3. The questions will be asked in bilingual languages (English & Hindi).
4. The duration of the test will be 2 hours (120 minutes).

BSF Constable 2024 Salary

The selected candidates appointed for the Constable Tradesman posts will be paid Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 69,100 as per pay level 3. Along with the basic pay scale, the candidates will be provided allowances and other benefits.
