The additional Assam Police Constable Result 2025 of the Physical Efficiency Test for the recruitment of Constable (AB & UB) and equivalent posts in Assam Police and other departments has been released on 31st March 2025. Candidates can check their results with the help of their roll number and date of birth.

According to the official notice, a correction process due to a logical sequencing error in the software application in the merit list for Constable (AB & UB) and Constable (Communication) posts of Advertisement issued on 06-10-2023 was conducted by officials. After correcting the error, additional candidates have been added to the merit list and shortlisted for the written test.

The merit list for the post of Constable (AB) is prepared based on the marks obtained in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which is calculated using the following formula:

Percentage (%) = (Marks Obtained in PET / Total Marks in PET) × 100

For the AB (Armed Branch) Male candidates, the total marks in the PET is 60, which includes marks for running, long jump, and chin-ups. For AB (Armed Branch) Female candidates, the total marks in the PET is 40, which includes marks for running and long jump.
