Through the AIIMS NORCET 8 Exam, a total of 2043 candidates will be recruited for the Nursing Officers post, for which the selection is based on prelims and mains exam. For the CBT 1 exam, candidates can now download their AIIMS NORCET 8 Admit Card and check their exam centre details. As the CBT 1/prelims exam for NORCET 8 will start at 9 am and end at 10:30 am, candidates must reach the exam centre before 8:30 am as after that entry is prohibited.

AIIMS NORCET 8 Exam Timing

The entry for the NORCET 8 examination will close at 8:30 am. The examination will begin at 9:00 am and end at 10:30 am. Candidates are advised to arrive early to avoid any last-minute delays.

The vacancy count for the NORCET 8 (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test) has been revised, with a total of 221 additional vacancies added to AIIMS New Delhi, 8 vacancies added for AIIMS Bhopal and 20 vacancies have been allotted to AIIMS Raipur. Dressing Guidelines for the NORCET 8

Candidates who are going for the NORCET 8 exam must follow these dressing guidelines

• Dress according to the weather (e.g., no jackets/coats in summer).
• Do not wear caps, scarves, jackets, goggles, belts, or wristbands.
• If your religion requires special clothing, arrive early for security checks.
• Masks are not allowed during the exam.
• No large buttons on clothes – they are not allowed.
• Footwear like high heels or thick soles is not permitted. Wear simple shoes/sandals.

AIIMS NORCET 8 CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2025

The AIIMS NORCET 8 exam will have 100 objective-type questions (MCQs) for a total of 100 marks. You will get 1 mark for each correct answer, and 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes

Exam Details:

1. General Knowledge & Aptitude: This section has 20 questions of 20 marks and must be completed in 18 minutes
2. Nursing: This section has 80 questions of 80 marks, and the exam should be completed within 72 minutes
