The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has released the examination schedule for Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-8). The NORCET Stage 1 is going to be held on 12th April 2025 (Saturday) and Stage 2 will take place on 2nd May 2025 in various exam centers all over India. The last date to submit the application form is 17th March 2025, till 5:00 pm. Candidates must register their applications to appear in the examination. AIIMS NORCET 8 Exam Date 2025 Out
AIIMS has scheduled the first stage on 12th April 2025, which is qualifying in nature, only marks obtained in the stage 2 will be considered. After stage 2 (mains), the qualified candidates are required to fill the preference for the allotment of the institutes. Through the AIIMS NORCET 8 Recruitment 2025, a total of 1794 nursing officer vacancies across 23 institutes, including AIIMS and affiliated medical colleges.
AIIMS NORCET 8 Exam Date 2025 for CBT 1 and CBT 2
The AIIMS Norcet 8 exam will be conducted online, a total of 100 questions will be asked in the first stage from General knowledge & Aptitude and Nursing Syllabus. After the exam, shortlisted candidates will be called for the second stage, which consists of 160 questions from Nursing.

AIIMS NORCET 8 Exam Pattern 2025 for CBT 1
The AIIMS NORCET 8 exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for a total of 100 marks. For each correct answer, candidates can get 1 mark and 0.33% of a mark will be subtracted for each incorrect answer. The exam must be completed in 90 minutes.

AIIMS NORCET 8 Exam Pattern 2025 for CBT 2
In the AIIMS NORCET 8 Stage 2 Exam, a total of 160 multiple-choice questions will be asked. Candidates will get 1 mark for each correct answer, while 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Candidates will complete the exam in 3 hours.

AIIMS NORCET 8 Qualifying Percentage 2025
The minimum qualifying marks for the NORCET 8 exam are- For General/ EWS, candidates must have scored at least 50% marks. Candidates belonging to OBC are required to score a minimum of 45%, while candidates from the SC and ST categories need at least 40% marks to be eligible for the examination
