Who is eligible for TNPSC CTS Diploma ITI Level Posts?

The candidate must fulfill all the eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply online for the TNPSC CTS Diploma ITI Level Exam. The eligibility will be determined in terms of educational qualification and age limit, which are as follows:

Educational Qualification 

• Must have passed SSLC or its equivalent (AND)
• Degree in Engineering / Technology from any Institution / University recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education / UGC (OR)
• Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (OR)
• ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institute

Age Limit

The candidates should have completed the age of 18 years and a maximum age of 37 years.

To complete aplication form, candidates can pay for the examination fee by online mode through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card / UPI.

TNPSC Diploma ITI Level Selection Process 2026

The Combined Technical Services Examination (Diploma / ITI) will be conducted as a single-stage written examination. The merit list or ranking list shall be prepared based on the total marks secured by the candidates in the written examination.
