How to Download SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2026?

Staff Selection Commission has released SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2026 at the official website www.ssc.gov.in. This year, applications have been received for more than 40 lakh candidates, and now the commission has released the admit cards only for the candidates whose applications have been accepted successfully.

SSC GD Computer Based Exam has been started and will be conducted till 30th May 2026 through online mode in English, Hindi and 13 regional languages viz. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

How to Download SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2026?

The complete details regarding the shift timing, reporting time, venue address, exam date, and other details can be checked from the admit cards. Login details required to download the SSC GD Admit Card

  1. Username (Registration Number)
  2. Password (SSC Registration Password)

As admit cards have been released online at https://ssc.gov.in, candidates must follow the steps.

Step 1- The first step is to check the internet connectivity and it is advised to open the website on the computer.

Step 2- Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (www.ssc.gov.in) on your internet browser.

Step 3- Now, click on the “Admit Card” tab appearing on the left side of the page.

Step 4- Click on “Status/Download Admit Cards for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination-2026”.

Step 5- Now you have to enter your Roll No./Registration ID, Date of Birth/Password that was provided to you at the time of registration for the SSC GD 2026.

Step 6- Enter the captcha code carefully that appears on the screen and click on the login button.

Step 7- Download your SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2026 and keep a printout handy.

What are SSC GD Constable Shift Timings?

  • Shift 1- 10 am to 11 am
  • Shift 2- 1 pm to 2 pm
  • Shift 3- 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Important Instructions To Be Followed

Along with the release of SSC GD Admit Cards, the commission has also shared some important instructions for the candidates who are going to appear for the exam. Do keep these instructions in your mind before planning to appear for the exam.

  1. Candidates will not be allowed to be permitted to enter the exam centre after the gate closing time, so you are advised to reach the exam centre around 1 hour before the reporting time.
  2. Candidates are required to bring two latest passport-size photographs and an original, valid photo identity card with the same date of birth as printed on the admit card.
  3. If the Photo ID card does not have the Date of Birth, then the candidate must also carry an additional certificate in original as proof of their Date of Birth.
  4. If they fail to provide the required documents, they will not be allowed to take the exam.
  5. It is important to note that any mismatch in the date of birth will result in the candidate being refused admission to the exam.
